All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days from the date of purchase.

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and all major European countries.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Haven Heart Baby is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
