Haven & Heart Baby – Return & Refund Policy

At Haven & Heart Baby, we care deeply about your trust and your familys experience with our products. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and simple, ensuring peace of mind with every purchase.

If you need to request a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team before sending any item back, so we can provide the correct instructions.


1. Returns

1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

You may request a return or cancellation within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • The return must follow the instructions provided by our Customer Support team

For eligible returns under this policy, Haven & Heart Baby covers the return shipping cost.

⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender without prior notice.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the return is approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds may take up to two billing cycles, depending on your card provider
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.


3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defect

All Haven & Heart Baby products include a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.

To request an exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • A brief description of the defect must be provided

Our technical team may take up to 15 business days to complete the evaluation after receiving the item.

If the defect is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the same product, at no additional cost
  • An exchange for another product, with price adjustment if applicable
  • A full refund

If no defect is found or the issue is caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear, the product will be returned with a clear explanation.


3.2 Exchange for Size or Color

We do not offer exchanges due to incorrect size or color selection.

We provide detailed product descriptions, size guides, and images to help you make an informed choice before purchasing.


4. Order Cancellation by Haven & Heart Baby

In some cases, we may need to cancel an order, including but not limited to:

  • Payment failure or declined transaction
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Product unavailability or inventory issues

If this occurs, a full refund will be issued automatically using the original payment method.
